  3. Install a “For Sale” sign inthe yard with our agent’s name and direct cell number
  4. 24/7 Information Line rider installed on a yard sign for call or text for details and photos
  5. Advertised Mega Open Houses *if you opt to have one*
  6. Paid for initial staging/design consultation and a detailed room-by-room report given to you
  7. Hire a professional photography company
  8. High-definition quality property photographs of both the interior and exterior of your property
  9. Virtual tour with all property photographs in high definition in a simple presentation format
  10. Mail “Just Listed” letter to immediate neighbors
  11. Professional high contrast brochures printed for home and to hand out
  12. Reverse prospect every Thursday to real estate agents with prospective buyers for your property
  13. Social media blast your property weekly to Facebook, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn, Craigslist, etc.
  14. Weekly updates to you in regards to showings, updates, marketing, and so forth.
  15. Weekly market report sent to your preferred email with online views of your house
  16. Setup your personal listings account with a personalized property website and social media posts
  17. Contact surrounding neighbors that your house is coming soon/for sale (phone, mail, door knocking, etc)
  18. Email all prospective buyers in our website system about your for sale property
  19. Narrated property video on our personal and brokerage YouTube channels
  20. Targeted paid Facebook ad for 1 week after “just listing” your property
  21. Paid Facebook ad for 3 days prior to all open houses to generate more traffic and exposure of your house
  22. Post your “Just Listed” property on Facebook (multiple pages), Twitter, Instagram, Craigslist, Linkedin, & various other social media
  23. Notify our team of agents and our entire brokerage buyers/agents of your house for sale
  24. Place “Coming soon” on our website until your house is ready to actually list (*optional)
  25. Potential property video if deemed necessary
  26. Every buyer, lead, and agent contact comes directly to your agent and not to a random agent who knows nothing about your house
  27. Utilize our vast amount of business partners and past clients to help find you a buyer
  28. Follow up with each showing agent within 24 hours to gather feedback (positive or negative)
